Tomatoes but I guess they are a fruit. Lotsa lycopene.

Tomatoes and tomato products are great for fighting cancer. Any dark green leafy vegetable such as spinach, is also good. Cabbage is excellent for fighting breast cancer.

it will have a list of phytochemicals found in fruits and vegetables and what each phytocemical does health wise. For example Zeaxanthin is found in many colors of fruits and veggies including the yellow/orange group. It can help prevent cancer.

Think COLOR. Bright green veggies like, mixed greens, broccoli, kale. Yellow ones like squash, orange ones like carrots, sweet potatoes, red tomatoes and red peppers.
