It really depends on the severity of the wound. If is a deep gash and causes a new scar through it, you may notice a variation in the color in that area. My buddy took a foot ball cleat to one of his tattoos. It has a light fade to it now if the spot where the cut was. It is not that bad though. Good luck.

Unless it's new (less than 1 week) or the injury is pretty severe, it should be fine. The ink is pretty deep. I vaguely remember a person posting a similar question a while back , and someone (not Somebody, I think Tatt_Bratt) giving the same answer.
Wait until it heals & check it out. Barring an injury for which my response would be "Why the f*** aren't you in the hospital?!?", it's probably okay. Swing by the artist's shop if it looks like it did take some damage & see what they think.

hey dude wel i scraped my tat on a tree acedently lol. it was bleeding but its healed now n doesnt look any diferent, how old was the tat? mine was like 2 days old when this happened.
