No, if they didn't do it then you shouldn't yell at them. Yell at the person who did do it if you must yell!

no...? but people tends to do that to vent their anger... i used to do that to my mum but after sum1 i think to myself that i would not like it if sum1 shout at me for no reason... putting myself in her shoe is wat i mean...
