Religion has no place in a public school. If you allow Christianity in school, you need to allow Islam, Paganism, and many more. I would probably be very angry if I had to sit through a prayer to Jeebus, and not be allowed to offer up some coin to Hermes.

unfortunately it seems they already have. I believe that is why they have so many problems today that in the past were just not thought of. As for God being totally out of school, that is not possible because kids pray everyday to God for strength to stand up to bullies, knowledge to pass tests, and eveything else. We even have strong Christian children in public schools that greatly and grandly speak the name of Jesus Christ and try to be lampstands of light and truth!

Religion has no place in public schools. They cannot change what you choose to teach your children about your god, but yes, they can (and should) take religion out of public schools.

Sadly they have taken God out of public schools. I believe that to be unconstitutional, as it takes away are freedom of religion and freedom of speech in schools.
