Well I have noticed that aswell. I think it is because their dark skin contrasts the dead skin cells that lose color and flake making it more notisable than on light skined people.

skin gets dry just like rest of us normal humans maybe taking health class would help

Dehydration or dry skin. Either can cause this.

Dry skin - nothing that body lotion can't take care of.
