I am baking two things at the same time, one calls for 350 degrees at 20 minutes, the other for 375 degrees at 90 minutes.

The degrees aren't that different. I wouldn't necessarily shorten the other cooking time, but definitely check it about 10 minutes before to see how it looks.

Cook 1 @ 350' for 20 minutes remove turn up oven to 375 and cook 2 @ 375 for 90 mins. You must use times and temps as stated.

Would probably make more sense to bake the 350 for 20, then bump the oven up to 375 for another 80 or till done.

Most domestic ovens have thermostats that are only accurate to
+ or - 10C anyway, so. its not likely to make a lot of difference . Just bung em in at 375 for the times stated.

You should not adjust baking temp's.They are there for a reason and should be followed.
Bake your two items seperately at the temp's that are called for.

don't do it! Cook one thing then the other. those temps aren't just to get the food cooked , they also have to do with things like texture and all over browness and stuff. when you don't follow the instructions they don't come out quite right.

bake the 350 one first and then the other, why chance messing up.
