A N.Y. strip steak with sauteed mushrooms at Morton's with a twice baked potato and a salad with blue cheese dressing. A glass of 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon would be nice. A cup of freshly brewed coffee served with a chocolate torte with rasberry sauce woould finish off my favorite meal

I would have to start with seafood, preferably shellfish: shrimp, crab or lobster
The main dish would be duck breast with a great sauce. To accompany, aspargus in a butter sauce and a great light yeast roll with more butter.
I'd love to have a cheese course before dessert.
And for dessert, creme brulee and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with cream and sugar.
I'd have a great Champage with the shellfish and a wonderful Pinot Noir with the duck. A great port with the cheese and plenty of Fiji water throughout the meal.

If I could choose a favorite meal it would be soul food style, but it won't be a lot. It will have chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and gravy. But wait don't forget about the healthy foods which would be greens, broccoli, and green beans. i would probably have some type of fish too....It would be salmon though

I would have to say Shepard's Pie cooked in a pie shell! It is something I did to try and give it a bit of a change! So good! For our people who are from Canada I think it is called Paulty? My fam is from Lafleche Valley and I think that is what they called it! Hamburg corn cream corn and mashed potato's! I just cook mine in a pie shell!

My favorite used to be veal piccata, the veal lightly browned and served with fresh lemon juice and capers. Only my husband can really prepare it to taste. A fresh green salad on the side, a serving of angel hair pasta, and maybe spinach., sauteed. But now...........I've become Jamerican!! My favorite meal now consists of jerk chicken, gungo peas & rice, callalou, bammy, plaintains, and carmelized bananas for dessert. Don't mind if I wash it down with a cold Red Stripe. Yeah, Mon! No problem!
