You need two atheists, at the very least.
And you need a judge, justice of the peace, or a Unitarian pastor.

Are you meaning to only invite Atheists or the two getting married are Atheist? Well for starters a judge or a justice of the peace and a courthouse is all you need. You can also pay a judge to come to a ceremony in say a park or rented facility. As far as the ceremony itself, that's really up to you, do you want to have the traditional walking down the isle or something more simplistic like walking to the podium together hand in hand. Don't believe your marriage will be any less special because it's not done in a quote "traditional" fashion. Good Luck and Congratulations.

I am not an atheist, but I didn't want a religious wedding either. We had a JP marry us outside under a tree. It was a pretty quick cerimony but it did the job and hit all the legal bases.
Since it was so short (and we had relatives coming in from far away), we also had the wedding at the same place the reception was being held. No extra money to shell out and everyone was already where they needed to go.

Get married at sea by a pirate sea-captain and follow the guidelines of the gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Where I live we have civil marriage, no one needs a church for marrying. What's wrong with that?

ever wonder why you need to get ideas for your athiest marriage? you think of marriage and its..... church, vows(from bible), Priest or Rev., and God.
Try getting married the way that God intended, and make him the center of your marriage and it will never fail!

Fountains of baby blood, fetus hors d'oeuvres, best man is a monkey and the marriage has to be same-sex.
Also, have a Bible burning contest afterwards, just for good measure.

just hire a Unitarian minister
they will do pretty much whatever kind of ceremony you want
and they are accepting, if you want to include things from other faiths they are ok with that too

Write your own vows.
Have an Elvis impersonator marry you.
Or do it on a Cruise.
The possibilities are endless.
