What is Al-Quada's main goal what are they hurting people?

What do these terrorists plan to get out of this? Don't they know they'll go to hell for hurting innocent men, women and children. What do these terroists want and why are they attacking all around the world?

And If this whole thing is about reglion don't they know that no one will agree on the same faith and what will they do if the world is Islamic. Go and try to conquer the universe (way, way in the future) once space travel to other universes is enabled?

Leaving the middle east will change nothing. If you recall (and I'm sure you don't) Bush was critisized as an isolationist in the first 9 months of his first term. We were backing out of the middle east and all of the countries that cried out against imperial intervention then cried out we were abandoning them. Even now, China is being turned to for neutral advice on the israli- palestinian problem. (The Econominst January). The reality is, most of the middle eastern countries realize they have been unable to solve their own problems.

The goal of the terrorists is already clearly stated. "The creation of an Islamic Caliphate." This caliphate extends to all of the territory ever conquered at the peak of the muslim invasions. So, Spain, southern France, North Africa, the middle east, central asia, Turkey, Iran.

The short-term goal is simply to create a power vacuum by undermining governments in those regions. When there are no government institutions the Islamic church will be the sole remaining institution and therefore the only force for stability in those regions.

It is counter-intuitive to think that civilians will turn to the same people that terrorized them for governing but if you look at most of the communist insurgencies, they operated the same way. (i.e. the Chinese Revolution, Vietnam War, etc.).

Al-Queda wants power. They are willing to destroy innocent people to gain power, Power over other peoples lives, power over the communities and power in their country. They attack other countries to try to get legitamacy for themselves. If other countries recognize Al-Queda as a threat, or a legitimate force, then that gives them some legitimacy in their country.


P.S.> Space travel would never be made a reality in an all Islamic world. Look at the effort they put into destroying others of their faith. That is where their efforts would be put forth, forget the betterment of mankind. Want proof? Look at the deplorable conditions of every Islamic country in the world.

They don't care about hell. They actually believe that they will be going to heaven and meeting 70 virgins in paradise if they kill infadels. Infadels are anyone who is not of strict Islamic faith and practicing same. (They consider the murder of innocent people who are following their strict Islamic rule martyrs.) They consider it an honor to be a martyr, but dying during the act which kills infadels. Their plan is to murder every infidel on the planet in the name of Allah, and turn the entire planet into one hge Islamic state. They cannot be reasoned with, contrary to how Liberals think. They are extreme religious fanatics who have hijacked the Islamic faith and use it as their excuse to perpetrate their evil actions. The only way to get them to stop killing us is to kill them first.

Al Qaeda's not doing so good themselves. persons have become much less involved because of the fact they don't supply any advantages like construction faculties, hospitals or the rest. the human beings are understanding that Al Qaeda's going no place rapid. Plus they acquire gross sales from the sale of oil that's down in value.

Ultimately, Al-Qaeda's main goal is to have one world unified under Islamic law. Their use of terrorism is as a method of bringing down corrupt governments. Because they see the Western World as corrupt and its citizens as "infidels", their reading of the Koran tells them that violence against us will be rewarded as an act of religious obedience. It seems screwy to us, but in their minds they are doing Allah's work.

I've said it a thousand times and will say it a thousand more times if necessary....They see us as infidels on sacred land. They want us off their sacred land. When we leave they will leave us alone because they will have no more reason to attack us. Many Arabs want to live in the 14th Century when Islam was at its zenith and spreading like wild fire. I say let them live in that time without the wild fire. We can easilly do that by throwing all of our country's resources into alternative and renewable energy sources. We can provide jobs for Americans and sell our innovations to others so they won't need Arab oil too. Then as the Arabs trod the desert in their camel caravans they can speak around each tribal campfire of the good old days when oil was king.

They basically can be compared to the KKK in some ways; the Western civiltzations are the black man, and them themselves the trailertrash, wife-beating, rasists.
