What does "ectoplasmic extension" in prostate cancer mean?

Do you mean extra-prostatic extension? It means the tumor has formed on the surface of the prostate, and has formed a mass that's still attached. EPE doesn't necessarily mean that the cancer has spread beyond the prostate, but it does need prompt attention.

Ill be honest, I didnt hear about that term before when I was going through it. I would call Ghost Busters.
