by which programme can i press films and videos?

i'm burning CD-RW and i can't do it, because size of this film is more than 700 MB! help pls!

If you are using Windows Movie Maker, or Adobe Premire you can reduce the size when saving or compiling the video.

When using Windows Movie Maker go to File --> Save Movie File --> Ten you can select the place to save it and then you can select the amount of space it will take up.

By compressing the file you will lose some quality though.
