A woman achieving the Big O cannot be faked if you know what you are looking for. Despite the film of Meg Ryan experiencing it in a restaurant it cannot be done if you are involved, i.e. "doing it" . The contractions are unique. All the visible signs, sounds etc can be faked. You have to be inside to know for sure.

Unfortunately, with a woman, you can't really know for sure, unless you can trust her completely. Orgasms can be faked so easily. If she is willing to fake it repeatedly, and come back for more, then heck, you've got more than just sex that she's interested in, like yourself, for example. I would prefer to accept that she's for real, though. Why create problems for yourself when there don't appear to be any?

A sure sign? She will curl her toes (difficult to see while you are doing it).

ASK HER! If you're doing her, at least have the courage and decency to talk to her.
