When I make mine, I make them breakfast style. I toast some bread, spread mayo, top with roast beef & egg. As soon as the egg comes out of the pan, I top it with cheese while the egg is still hot. Yummy breakfast sandwich. I also make them with turkey, bacon or whatever kind of sandwich meat I have on hand.

Why would you want to screw up a perfectly good piece of roast beef with eggs? You might as well take a dump on your roast beef sandwich...it would taste the same i'm sure.
