I was a Karate Practioner before 2 years. But between 2 years I left my practice and also become a Nicotine Addict. But Now I want to start my practice again. But I am confused that from where should I start Now. Please Help. Thanks in Advance.

It would be difficult to pick up where you left off. However, I would suggest practicing religiously anything you may remember from your prior training. In addition, I would start from scratch at either a new school or I'm sure your old instructor would welcome you to pick up where you left off. That would been some brushing up of course, but would be well worth it. I had a similar experience myself.

Best idea is to go see what ever master of what ever school you want to join. Talk to him/her about what you want to get out of training again, and that you are willing to start out where ever they feel you should be. Be humble about it, but tell them your history.
