Well there is no right time to say this kinds of things, the truth is you should say it when you feel it, is the best way to say it and you wont feel weird about it because is something you feel.

just tell him. if you wait too long you might lose him. so it's best to just go ahead and let him know...but make sure you two are in a private setting...that makes it more personal!
