Even a regular, strong, case of chicken pox cannot guarantee you a 100% immunity, although people who got it bad first time very rarely get it again.
When it's a mild case of chicken pox, you're more likely to get it again. That happens.
However, I've never heard of somebody who's had chicken pox three times, maybe that'll cheer you up a bit, get well soon!

I got those damn things when I was 21. At first I didn't know what the little tiny water blisters were. I went home and asked my Mom. She thought it was funny...she said hun I think you have chicken pox. One thing that was nice I went to the Doctor and he gave me something that made me sleep alot. I know as a kid they do not give this to them. The scabbing was the worst....damn don't pick them they leave huge scars.

Because Vacriella Disease is a virual sickness, so when you have it, your body creates something that basicly matches up with the virus shapes so they get faught off, you must have been exposed to the virus again, and your body's immune system wasn't working properly to find the keys for those viruses, and fight them off. It happens with mono too.

maybe since it was just a mild case, you were not fully exposed to it full blown, and just had a relapse of it......i am guessing since you had the real deal, you will be fine......i know some people who were sheltered and never went anywhere and did not get the chicken pox until their teens, and then it hit them pretty hard..........the older you are, the worse it is

From what I understand, the virus just goes dormant. Smae thing with syphillis and herpes, but in different ways and different rates of re-manifestation.
