I feel the most comfortable with myself when I'm ground training my horse, a beautiful Belgian mare. We are usually alone and I am very focused. I concentrate on tuning into her mental state and working on our bond. When we "click" I get the rush of confidence I don't get anywhere else or from anyone else.

I feel most comfortable when I am floating down the river under the summer sky. It's always been a peaceful, relaxing event and it reminds me of how happy being outdoors makes me :-)
