I mean, as long as you are letting that person know that you don't want to date anymore, what's wrong with that? Why would you want to see them in person, if the outcome is only going to be a break-up anyway? My cousin's ex had him come all the way to Kentucky from Missouri on a bus for hours, only to break up with him in "person." I thought that was really wrong. She could've just told him over the phone, and I'm sure seeing her in person would've just caused more pain if she's just going to break up with him....right? Is it considered cowardly to break up over the phone, or by mail? Why? What if you just don't want to see that person anymore?

There is nothing wrong with it but I think it would be better in person. Now if yall are long distance now thats a different story. If yall are long distance then yall should do it over the phone.

It shows a hell of a lot more respect to tell them in person. I mean it's just cold to break up over the phone. I think that if you break up with some one, you should do it in person so that you can see how much you hurt that person. Serves ya right!

How else can you get to enjoy the pain, tears and misery you've inflicted unless you do it in person. Doesn't everyone want to see the wreck they've created......
