How do you make sims2 things (Read :-P)?

Question

If you go to sims2.com and click exchange people make items, sims, houses and a ton of other things. how do you!?!

PLEASE ANSWER I NEED TO KNOW!!

You can use The Sims 2 Body Shop which is installed with your pc game to make clothes, hair styles etc. A tutorial can be downloaded from the sims 2 website. but if you have the game on another format then soz but I can't help you!
