Spinach Squares
2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach (cook and drain)
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup onion, finely chopped (I personally like more)
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
Combine cooked spinach, cheese and onion. Set aside. Combine flour salt, baking powder and add milk, eggs, and butter. Whisk or mix well. Add spinach mixture. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 1 inch squares. Squares can be frozen at this point then reheated without thawing at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
DeAnna’s Corn and Black Bean Dip
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (11oz) Mexicorn, drained
1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
1/3 cup sliced green onions
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the first eight ingredients; shake well and set aside. In a bowl, toss beans, corn, red pepper and onions; set aside. Pour dressing over salad and mix well before serving.
Serve with Fritos Scoops or Tortilla chips.

I assume you mean finger foods. I make a cool stuffed cucumber by scooping out the seeds with a melon baller or sharp knife, then stuffing the hole with seasoned cream cheese. Let it chill for a couple of hours to firm up, then slice and serve on crackers-its interesting to see cheese in the center of the cucumber slice, and I always get comments on it. You could serve a nice hummus with pita and raw veggies (super easy to make homemade hummus with roasted red pepper or garlic) I make some nice veggie springrolls by just rolling up shredded veggies and sprouts in rice paper (asian store) They can be fried or served raw, with a nice dipping sauce. Vegetarian egg rolls. Stuffed mushroom (minced onion, garlic and mushroom stems with bread crumbs, then broiled) Fruits skewered on a wooden pick with a yogurt dipping sauce. Veggie kebabs. Stuffed potato skins. Spinach and artichoke dip (great served hot in a crock pot) Fried okra and mushrooms with cocktail sauce. Corn chips and fresh salsa or guacamole. Cheese fondue with bread and veggies to dunk. I hope this gave you an idea or two

Fix up a mini salad bar and then a fruit tray. You can put some small clear cups by the fruit tray so when they serve the fruit it will be easy to handle, if you are going to play games where they are sitting and eating.Theres chip and dips that have no meat.Have fun....

If you just want to do finger-foods, you can always go with hummus and crackers or hummus with veggies.
Fresh fruit and/or veggies should be an overall crowd pleaser...
Chips and salsa is a good option - easy to prepare and inexpensive.
