I have seen the doctor and they gave me antibiotics but I am not sure what is causing my outbreaks.
They keep reoccurring! I get large pimple outbreaks on my hands, arms, knees and on the bottom of my feet. My face becomes red and blotchy. I can feel it coming on first with a hot flash and then my hands start to itch followed by the other outbreaks

My nephew has a similar problem and he is allergic to metals.--like on belt buckles (and some jewelry). And it will actually spread and does not have to come in contact with the metal source. I spreads to the exact places u named too. But u may want to see a specialist because people can be allergic to anything!!

what kind of antibiotics does he gave you? did he make allergy tests? do you have any pets? there can be a lot of facts for your allergies, your diet also, take the antibiotics to see if you get better if not then go for a second opinion.

Find another Dr. an allergy Dr., you do have a more intense problem that needs looking in to.
Not all Dr.'s are the same, don't give up.
