Italian ribbon cookies, but they are over $13 a pound and making them is such a chore so they are a real treat when I get them in NY when we visit our family.

I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I make some excellent Linzer cookies. They are super delicate, but not too rich. I prefer to go the non-nutty route. They totally melt in your mouth! :-)
