Use Occam's razor. Waxing philosophical is far too long hair.

I use occams razor. It gets rid of all of the excess in those troublesome areas.

You might cut one's self with it. So maybe one should wax instead. A little more painful though.

electrolysis probably will give you the most permanent effect, but go to a professional do not try it at home with a tazer.
