Search for CDex
Download, install, run. This is free software and allow you to convert from cd to mp3, wma to mp3, mp3 to wma, and has some other options. this software is fast and free, you can't beat that.

You can use a wma to mp3 converter. Download it here:

Or you can download iTunes and just stop using Microsoft's awful products and formats, then you will be able to import easily in mp3.

Download Wavepad - its free. from http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/masters.html
Then open the file in wave pad and save it as... . In the drop down menu chose mp3 format and click ok then ok.
It works well.
