Split it in half across, revelaing cut-open cloves. Drizzle w/ a little olive oil and some kosher salt. (I guess regular salt is ok, too). Then cracle in aluminum foil and seal it up and bake, or put in a pan w/ a tight-fitting lid and roast.

35.ºF for about 35-40 min. Then you just suqeeze out the half-dlvoes from each side once it is cool enough to handle.

take the head of garlic....remove some of the loose flakes of skin.....now cut about 1/3 of the top.
Place some aluminium foil on counter, large enough to hold your garlic and to wrap it.
Place garlic on foil....drizzle with a bit of olive oil, close the foil and bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes on 375.
Yummy!!!!!

I peel the excess skin off the head - and cut the very top off. Put a little olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.

If you don't have a terra cotta roaster, foil will do.

Cut the top off the head so the cloves are exposed. Drizzle olive oil on top. Then either put it in your roaster or wrap it in foil - loosely.

350 in the oven for about 20 minutes.
