I have read a lot about them helping with depression and anxiety. Has anyone taking this noticed any kind of benifits from this?

I am also researching the benefits of omegas for my depression. check out www.vegepa.com. its not just any fish oild that'll do it, it has to be the right blend and you dont need any DHA in it as the body will make this naturally when the EPA is absorbed... i'm going to a naturopath soon and will let you know what they think about this subject!
