Been there doen that and its all a matter of what your comfortable with. i would get to the point where i would just want to get physical with people who did nothing wrong. To get rid of some of the anger you need to get outside your comfort zone ocassionally. Go camping for a weekend and start a fire (within regualtions) and burn anything you think will help you feel better, scream as loud as you want and for as long as you want, take a cd palyer and go on a long walk, sex is a good outlet, i dont "condone it" but marijuana may help you. if you cant do anything yourself to get rid of the hate get help. What helps me alot.....Go to a firing range and shoot off a few rounds at the targets, open your mind and dont analyze to much

First, figure out whether it is a reaction to something going on in your life, or if the rage is coming out of nowhere. There are different approaches for these two types of rage.

In the case where the rage is caused by something causing frustration or anger, you can usually talk though this with a friend, family member or counselor. By talking with someone, you may be able to sort out the things you can change to reduce your anger, from the things you can't change. This helps you begin to accept the things you can't change - there's no point being mad at something that will never change.

In the second case where there is no logical reason for the rage, chances are there is an imbalance in the chemicals that control your mood. This is a common symptom of low-grade depression, where the person has no idea they are depressed because most of the usual symptoms are missing. Anti-depressants can turn things around in a week or two if depression is the problem.

I figured out that I was out of control when i once seriously considered how i could kill someone who bumped my grocery cart - I had to just walk out of the store without my groceries because i was afraid what would happen. I made an appointment with a doctor who diagnosed depression. Anti-depressants eliminated the anger after about two weeks.
