I have a boy and a girl, and Im not sure what age I should talk to them about this. And to be honest Im not sure how to present the conversation to them. What to say? Could anyone give me some edvice on this? Thank you

A soon as they become curious. We discussed it with our girls at 7. They asked, we told. Keep it simple, not alot of detail. There are alot of books out there to help you along. Let them hear it at home first. Not the playground.

In this day and age it depends on the children.
Influences from outside have such an impact that I would think it is better to approach them about it before friends and peers do. If you dont know how to start the subject, at least let them know your there if and when they have ANY questions, and that they can come to you with ANY thing.

i would start at age 9 only because this is when kids start hearing about it from other kids. no need to get into graphic details.
