I only have snoked a couple times but the next day i have a headache even if i just take a couple puffs. I dont inhale or anything. its the little cigarellos. why do i get a headache?

It's the Nicotine....If you enjoy smoking cigars as I do, or would like to start to enjoy them...smoke on a full stomach...eat a burger or a steak...a meal with protein that takes time to digest...when you smoke on an empty stomach, all the nicotine gets into your blood stream with too much ease...giving you the headache.

You still get a dose of the harmful elements of the smoke. You don't have to inhale. Smoke finds its own way. That gives you the headache.

My opinion...I am allergic to cig smoke...so I can't smoke or be around it too much or I get sick with HA, sneezing, wheezing, breathing problems etc...you may be allergic!! Just a possibility.
