Do not eat refined foods like Lean pockets and lean cuisines which were recommended above. They are stuffed with loads of salt and other bad ingredients.
For carbs look for a complex carb source that stimulates the least amount of insulin the body, specifically things like brown rice or yams. Include like 2 servings of vegetables in there like brocolli, cauliflower, or green beans.
For protein go with fish, turkey, chicken, or lean beef. I personally add in a tiny glass of skim milk (like 4 ounces) to try to complete the amino acid pool from the aforementioned protein sources.
Good luck to you.

Dinner is dangerous. Don't eat too much. How about a Lean Cuisine and a small salad. Or soup.

Chicken! Or you could do lean pockets for lunch and dinner. Really you can eat whatever....it's the portions you need to be concerned about.
