Spiteful dogs, oy.
Dogs aren't people.
No, the reason why your dog relieves himself in your home is because you haven't taught him now to ask to be let out or where he should go. Understand that except in very rare circumstances, a dog that relieves themselves inside a house does so because of an owners decision (like the answer above who encouraged their pet to go in the bathroom) or lack of training.
The problem you now have is that the habit of going in your home is established and that needs to be broken. You didn't ask what to do about it but the answer is to limit your pets freedom and run of the house until you can establish new habits.
Breaking the old habits will mean cleaning everything that's been peed on. Dogs use odors and smells and because inside your house has those smells he naturally will go in the house. They have natural enzyme products that kill odors at the put supply stores that you should consider.
Next, get yourself a dog crate and limit his freedom around the house. You need a NO TOLERANCE policy towards going to the bathroom in the house. This doesn't mean scolding, yelling, hitting, or otherwise damaging your relationship with your pet. It DOES mean that you need to consistently take him outside and go with him so you can have the opportunity to praise him when he does his business while outside.
As for the immediate night problem, a trip outside just before bedtime and limiting food and water after 7 pm would be a great start.

More than likely its behavioural.
Feed him at tea time or am if only once daily. Take him out regularly and then ensure he has passed his poo and wee before you go to bed. Avoid allowing him a big drink before bed time if he tend to drink all at once. (my westie has a massive drink once a day and doesn't bother the rest of the time) If he is busting during the night he's gonna have to go.
Get up at the same time every morning regardless if it weekend or weekday, as routine is very important. If he's used to getting up at 6 every morning and then you lie in till 9 or 10 then he's bound to want to go. Iam sure sometimes you need to pee during the night so don't make a big deal out of it if he has an accident.

Would you like to have to hold it in while you wait for someone to wake up and let you out. You know you can actually cause bladder infections that way. Either have a way for him to get out at night or get off your **** and let him out more often. You would get up in the middle of the night to help a child pee if they need it wouldnt you? Dogs are the same. Have a doggy door installed in your back door. Show your dog how it works, give him treats to encourage him to use it and have a poop free morning.
Hint, they actually dont like soiling around the area they eat and sleep.

You need to let the dog out to use the bethroom for 15 minutes and then let it in right before you go to bed. Then, that problem would be fixed.
