Yes. Women talk a lot with body language. Try talking to a friend or family member that understands body language well. It would be a great help with dating.

Well it's a problem alright, it's your problem. You will suffer greatly in any relationship with any woman if you cannot read her body language. Women often do not articulate their actual feelings verbally. It is often up to the guy to interpret a woman's actions, and give them more weight than her words. Believe in yourself man, you can read women's body language, it's not difficult, you are just over-thinking it.

Rule of thumb...
If she's close and smiling... very good
Far and serious... very bad
Arms crossed... she on the defensive (or cold)
Arms extended... she's trusting u
Check for eye contact and to where her body in inclining.
