Everyone knows the best diet plan, eat healthy and exercise. We all know the basics, more whole grains(whole wheat pasta and bread), more fruits and veggies, healthy snacking(they say noone has gotten fat by eating more salad). Less sugars and especially soda. Then get exercise, whatever you love because you'll do that best and most with least hesitation. Also to get faster results lift some weights, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn, and don't worry about turning into the hulk, that takes hours and hours every day at a gym.
Most diets will just reduce the number of calories that you eat, thus you lose weight. Some provide supplements that may or may not work, but let's face it that if they did everyone would use them.
Also drastic starvation diets don't work, because then it becomes about the food you can't eat, which is no fun. Plus it makes you fatter in the end because your body is starving so it stores everything possible.
So, I say do what you love for exercise, eat healthy, and you'll be healthy. Your body will then follow and look healthy and trimmer. Best of all you'll feel great.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

they best way is to have a healthy balanced diet with a variety of fresh foods (the less refined the better) diets where you cut out major food groups and time and energy wasters! your body will only crave what being taken away! everything in MODERATION is fine (even chocolate) you just need self control! add at least 30min of exercise a day and you've got a plan so you can look and feel great for the rest of your life!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I do ! ok Well you should portion your meals throught out the day ! Eat every 3 hours! Workout in the morning but make sure u dont eat before you workout that way u can burn stored fat! For breakfast have something healthy ! like whole grain cereal with soymilk ! top it with banannas,craisns,raisins,strawberries,almonds,and etc!
For lunch make it light ! Like a sanwhich with soup or salad!
Then for dinner try having something like a snack ! Wait for an hour or two then go workout for 30 mins ! this will burn the calories after that you can shower and drink water ,green tea,any types of tea,lemonade,and juice!
Surely this will make u lose weight!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your best diet plan would be weight watchers because you have to eat in portions and everything has points that you record everyday. But don't eat south beach diet meals because they are high in sodium.

I did weight watchers for a year and lost 60 lbs - it is really easy to follow and you get to eat what you want to, you just have to eat smaller portions so it worked really good for me. I also started doing basic exercise 20 minutes a day too. Hope this helps

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
