Depending on what you are talking about, it could be Volts per degree C (or degree F); the change in voltage over temperature.

its the amount of potetial difference per unit time. usually its volts per second. some, whenever convenient, use volts per minute. but take note that electrons move faster than a millisecond. consider that.
