Loads of places, any city is good. then there are the districts, lake New Forest, Dales, Fens, the countryside in all its glory, the islands.
The UK is a fantastic place to have a good weekend away and you never know what you might stumble across

Right now Cairngorm National Park has mountains covered in fresh crisp snow and a funicular railway to take you to the summit where on a good day you can see all the way to Skye. Plenty of places to stay in Aviemore and surrounding areas.

York is lovely, Lake District, or try somewhere like Edinburgh. Id advise to go somewhere you've never been adds to the excitement!

Blackpool is always great for a weekend break. Or you could go to Glasgow and also visit Edinburgh for the day.
