If you had (or hired) your own light aircraft or helicopter then quite probably, though I don't think there is an airfield in Dartmouth - the nearest being Exeter (30m) or Plymouth (35m). I wouldn't have thought they'd be any direct scheduled flights, so I'd suggest the answer to this question is NO.

nearest airport to dartmouth in devon, is exeter airport. not to sure about luton to exeter but ime sure ive seen exeter to gatwick so a good guess whould be no!!!

gatwick to exeter then about 35 mins on train to dartmouth

p.s go down to the regatta most years

no. you're best best is into Exeter with BMI or Air Southwest into Plymouth or Newquay.

nearest airport is, I believe, Exeter.
There's one at Plymouth but not sure if that is for commercial flights.
Newquay also has an airport.

I'm sure u can, there are some small commutter airlines that do short flights.
