Is there any reason or reason to Believe that GHOSTS supernatural or paranormal things exist, if so please substantiate you answer with proofs or findings or scientific research.

I have studied ghosts , spirit and the paranormal for many years now
both as a medium and as a student at university on a psychical research course
i wished to study it to look at my own experiences in a more skeptical way , to find answers for myself
i have given and recieved many messages from spirit that leave me in no doubt that we live on after death
i have studied ghosts also which are not spirit but lingering energy , it is not a conscious energy and will eventually play out
i have studied NDEs , OBEs , past lives , mental and physical mediumship etc with members of the SSPR ( scottish society for psychical research )
they are a group that has members from all walks of life ( skeptics scientists and mediums )

Defining what a Ghost is supposed to be is another problem.
However, several such phenomena have been documented on believable video, security cameras, etc.
Just recently there was a TV program with two such incidents that were discovered to appear after two programs had been taped. The people who taped them had no explanation to how it was done.
You had to see it to understand that it was quite extraordinary.
So the phenomena is well documented. What causes it is not!

There's absolutely no evidence whatsoever - the only reason to believe is that people are comforted and entertained by the thought of ghosts.
Just like gods, in fact.

They do from a logical Buddhist pov, which is also atheist in case you're wondering. You'd have to study Buddhist logic from the concepts of karma, and the various realms of rebirth one can take, from a Buddhist perspective to get a sufficient, clear understanding. There's far too much information to type in HERE about it.

The Bible is full of stories and events where angels appeared to more than one person. "23 minutes in Hell" find it and listen to it. God showed this man Hell and he felt and knew things that are intense. The guys name is Bill W.
