when should we fight? should we wait until they attack us? like in ww1&2. should we fight for nations that can not defend themselves? vietnam. should we fight dictators that kill the innocent? iraq. when we dont fight we neglect poor nations, when we do fight either our leaders are evil or they only care about profits......does anyone see a pattern here or is it just me? why are we considered evil when we finally give in to what the people scream about! the people protest when we dont fight they protest when we do...........I will ask one more time DOES ANYONE SEE A PATTERN!

my thoughts exactly. I think a big problem is the amount of access during war given to the media. War is a messy business. The things that go on are necessary things, but many civilians will never understand what they see on tv. Some things just don't need to be shown.

We should fight when our national interests, are worse off if we don't fight.

People will always profit from war, people will always protetst war.

The point is to fight only if you have to.And if you have to, fight to win.
