You don't have to replace them. Eggs serve no purpose in cakes...the wheat gluten will bind the cake just fine without.

you can replace it with applesauce, or ground flax seed mixed with warm water (1 tbs flax, 3 tbs warm water per egg, let stand five minutes)

in the store they have egg subtitute u could try that or try organic eggs
