Hi,
Do u folks notice if someone who is approaching another person their head goes up, down , left and right but hardly straight ahead.
No wonder people have so many accidents, they dont look where they are going.

yes..I have ... so I give you a solution ..LOL....I say put them all in neck braces..it will serve two purposes ..one keep their necks and head immobile to look straight ahead ,but if they still manage to get it down they will be prepared for the collision

It's true I've seen it. Theyre so busy looking in every direction for stores and stuff they dont pay attention to the road.
In the meanwhile they want US to get off the phone!
