Nothing in life is free.
Vet Bills
Spay/Neuter
Food
Toys
Treats
Bed
Dog Dish
Crate
Shampoo
Medications
and the list goes on.
These all cost money.
If you don't want to pay for a dog than you aren't going to want to do all the necessary things for it.

No dog is free...You still will have vet, food etc bills
