i own several Turbo Jam workouts
I have seen real results. their claim of losing up to 10 inches and 10 lbs in the first 10 days is actually true - I lost 7 and 1/2 inches and 6 lbs.
and after those first 10 days, i continued to see results.
and with regards to the comment about their webpage membership, i ordered on the phone, and never ever had a problem with them charging things they shouldnt have.
the reason i would recommend the program is
1. it works - you burn a ton of calories, and you tone up
2. it's fun - i actually look forward to exercising now, which is huge, since i always HATED to exercise.
but it works best if you are willing to eat right and drink enough water for your body to be healthy. i highly recommend the Turbo Jam workouts. (my favorite is Cardio Party 1 & 3)

Here's the tricky thing with any workout program.
First off...no, I have not tried it.
Secondly, any workout program is only as good as the effort you put into it.
In the modern world we want an "easy" solution to getting into shape, or losing weight, or really doing anything. We're a culture of finding the simplest, easiest way to get things done. Most people who buy and try workout programs do not get results because they don't put forth the required effort to get the results. Then, they move onto gimmicks like weight loss pills, and sauna belts, further discouraging them when these things, as well, do not work.
Gimmicks prey on people who give up too easily doing things the right way.
Lets face it. We all know what makes us lose weight, right? Proper diet, and excercise. That's it. That's the secret. That's the key. What makes a car run? Gasoline, right? Does vinegar make a car run? Does a fresh batch of chicken soup make a car run? No. And it's ludicrous to even think that these things might....yet, when it comes to our physical fitness, we often try to find other ways to get into shape, that avoids the two things that we know work -- diet, and excercise.
If the question is: Does it work? Then the answer is: If you do it. Now, if the question is: Will it get me the results I want? Then....you have an entirely new discussion. Different excercises will get you different results...but the bottom line remains the same....if you do it, you will get something, and if you do not, you will get nothing.
Now, what I do know about Turbo Jam is this:
1) It will improve flexibility, cardio health, and just overall help with the tone and "good" feeling of your muscles. You might get a little sore, but within a week or two you'll start to develop more energy.
2) Doing it the amount it says will get you minimal results. Doing it more, will get you more results.
3) It will become repetitive and boring. So, you have to decide, if you REALLY want it to work, to either show the willpower to keep doing it over and over (Most people quit out of boredom), or integrate other workouts into the routine. Perhaps do the Turbo Jam once a week, and run another day, and try lifting some weights another, for example.
The effectiveness of this product isn't in the product. It's in you.
Good luck :)

hehehe... I do rapid Jam and prefer it! i'm no longer the perfect on the dance strikes in spite of the indisputable fact that that's exciting. The cardio is nice sized and that i do burn approximately 900 energy when I do the stepped forward Kick, Punch Jam workout ordinary with my gloves. i myself use rapid Jam on my cardio days with P90X and potential ninety grasp series as my weight workouts! that's a large blend. i think of you will like it

I know one person who has, and she loves it. But I read a lot of complaints on one site about it - not the workout, but the company that sells it charging your card monthly for internet membership even if you don't want it. According to the complaints I saw, it is a huge problem to get them to stop the charges, but it is practically impossible to buy the DVD's without the internet membership. So if I were you, and you feel you must buy it, buy it used from an individual off ebay.

Aside from your gym membership, getting in shape should not cost you money. Hell the gym membership is free if your are in high school or college.
All the information you need on exercise, pysiology, and nutrition can be found free of charge on the web.

It's good to get you moving and get your blood circulating, but if you're trying to get super-fit, you'd be better off doing something else. It's probably a good thing to start with if you're not into exercise.
