Just like more toner chicken legs ! I dont want muscle legs I do not want no musclular legs ! I want more toner thighs heres a pic of my thighs!
I want more skinny lookin legs plus im 5'0 tall and iam 97 pounds and iam 17 years old going on 18!

I know just how you feel. Who wants big field hockey girl legs? Not me. I found that riding the bike has been the absolute best way to get tone without building mass. The secret is to ride for about 30 minutes 3x a week - BUT don't do a high level the whole time. I started with 1 and then each minute increased up 1.. so 1,2,3,4,5.... then back down to 1 and start over. I now ride at 5 and go up to 10 because I found 1-5 was too easy after a while - BUT my thighs have gone down 1 1/2 inches and someone said "nice legs" when I wore a skirt the other day.... Your question is contradicted by that fact that you want tone , but no muscle. Tone is the result of muscle development. Do squats, they are the mother of all exercises. You'll have toned legs and a toned kabooze as well.

Well two ways:

1. Take a class...dancing is #1 in toning...but gymnastics, step aerobics, etc will work...
2. Squats, lunges are great weight routines.
