Some pagans do have wands that are used for ritual and ceremony. However, they do not run around waving them like Harry Potter type/magic and wizard kind of movies.

Typically, a wand is used to draw a "boundary" around the participant or participants in a circle where people are gathered for ritual.

Not all pagans use them though, mostly Wicca or Wiccanesque people. I'm not saying that other pagans don't, but those are the primaries that come to mind. I doubt you'd see an Asatruar waving a wand around. ;)

Some do, but it's not like Harry Potter wands. It's a symbol of air.
