Is it Bandura's Social Learning theory ?

yes it is, but you must put "Bandura et al" as he had help from other psychologists...

banduras experiment showed that when adults where REWARDED for there behaviour, whether it was good or bad behaviour... they imitated it as they thought that they may also get a reward or be praised also...

the conditions were many but the main ones were:-

children watch adult hitting bobo doll and adult being rewarded,
children watching adult hitting bobo dol and then adult getting told off

children watching adult being nice to bobo doll and adult getting rewarded for it
children watching adult being nice to bobo doll and adult getting told of for it

children watching no behaviour towards bobo doll

there were many variations of this though
