I looked on the side of a bag of pataks Chapati flour and it doesn't say, but for recipe advice you can call a freephone number. Alternativley why not pop down to your local police station and ask at the front desk, I'm sure they have someone there who can help you out.

Look up a standard recipe for any cake. Substitute salt for sugar.
That should go over like a bomb.
Flour bombs are only good for bombing PMs and getting yourself a free ticket to jail.

I saw on the news you need peroxide too. It's amazing what you can do with random household items. God knows how they knew to do it in the first place.
