This the very logic which directs us to think more rationally about hell. The life is for attaining higher degree of spiritual sublimes. Those unfortunate people who were blind to the dictates of God and wronged themselves shall have another chance to improve their lot as if a sick entre the hospital for treatment of his handicaps. The holy prophet of Islam said ultimately the hell shall be without any inmate. The heaven and hell shall be in same dimensions of perceptibility and those in hell shall be suffering because of the wrongs they did to themdelves while they shall be looking at those in heavens enjoying the fruits of their good deeds. They shall be suffering because of fire of repentence in that situation.

First of all, god made humans because he wanted to see if we would listen to him, if we would do as he says. And he said that "this world is just a test for us to see if we are able to do as he/she says, and whoever shall follow his instructions, he would go to heaven a place where you can get what ever you want, but if you DON'T follow his instructions, he/she would go to hell, a place where there is only pain and pain, and you can only drink your blood to drink, and your body to eat!"
And every human being will stay alive for ever, in this world, and in the after life, weather they're in hell or heaven.
So there you have it, now you know EXACTLY why god made us.
I hope that helps.

Because God also created free will in humans and will make no one serve him who doesn't really want to. Since it is impossible to know whether someone is going to hell or not, I cannot fully answer the last part of your question. I am a Christian who loves God and knows God loves me, so that has been instilled in my child, so that when he gets older he can make his own decisions concerning God. Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Since God is beyond time and space and everything is included in His Knowledge, He encompasses the past, present and future as a single, undivided point. For example: When you are in a room, your view is restricted to the room. But if you look from a higher point, you can see the whole city. As you rise higher and higher, your vision continues to broaden. The Earth, when seen from the moon, appears to be a small blue marble. It is the same with time. So, all time and space are encompassed by God as a single, undivided point, into which the past, present and future are united.
Since all time and space are included in God’s Knowledge as a single point, God recorded everything that will happen until the Day of Judgment. Angels use this record to prepare a smaller record for each individual.
We do not do something because God recorded it; God knew beforehand we would do it and so recorded it.
There are not two destinies: one for the cause, the other for the effect. Destiny is one and relates to the cause and the effect simultaneously. Our free will, which causes our acts, is included in Destiny.
God guides us to good things and actions, and allows and advises us to use our willpower for good. In return, He promises us eternal happiness in Paradise.
We have free will, although we contribute almost nothing to our good acts. Our free will, if not used properly, can destroy us. Therefore we should use it to benefit ourselves by praying to God, so that we may enjoy the blessings of Paradise, a fruit of the chain of good deeds, and attain eternal happiness. Furthermore, we should always seek God’s forgiveness so that we might refrain from evil and be saved from the torments of Hell, a fruit of the accursed chain of evil deeds. Prayer and trusting in God greatly strengthen our inclination toward good, and repentance and seeking God’s forgiveness greatly weaken, even destroy, our inclination toward evil and transgression.

Hell is not Gods punishment- It's Him Honoring your choice. You cannot have free will if there are no options. That's why the Bible tells us( those who already believe, those who want to believe) to CHOOSE LIFE. It doesn't say You better choose me... it just says choose. If you really want answers about this topic I encourage you to pick up a book titled "The case for Faith" By Lee Strobel. He was an Atheist. So he asks world renown people all the burning Questions that an atheist would. Very compelling!

Hey, remember the Garden of Eden? It's all about CHOICE. Now, it's easy to blame God for every ill in the world but thats not the point... we're here to make the best of our life, He gave us the rules, told us what we gotta do to get to Him.
Now it's everybody's CHOICE to do those things or do whatever they want... that's the beauty of Free Will, just don't be upset if many people took the wrong choices in their life, it's not God's fault, it's their own.

oh this is sad...This has been said over and over...God knows everything, but he gave us free will. We decide if we are going to hell or not he didn't make us so we would go to hell or for us to go to hell but when He gave us free will we had the choice. God loves us.
If he wouldn't have given us free will it would be different.
And yes I would still have had the baby...

If you were aware of God's plan then you would know that babies are protected by God. Hell only exist if you have Faith. In accordance to your belief there is no hell. God is good.

Because nothing taken by force is ever kept. And since we were made in the image and likeness of God we had to be given free will. He wants all that he has created but he also wants us to come to him freely, and return his love.
