What is a good brand of ear plugs to block out the most noise as possible?

don't know the name, but they are the spongy orange ones! They work great, it's the same ones they use for MRIs.

It is natures sign that a sleeper is not breathing right. Suggest some kind of respitory medication. Cotton balls are a good back up otherwise the drug store should have something. Smack a pillow against the wall to cause the sleeper to shift. Sometimes it reduces the snoring.
