Surveys and polls are always skewed. IQ tests are probably made in such a way that men have an easier time answering the questions than women. This doesn't make women stupid. Just like in school, girls tend to do way better than boys because the teaching methods are not always convenient for boys. This again doesn't make one sex stupider than the other.

In India, where boy babies are more valued than girl babies (for whatever reason), boys have more opportunity for schooling than girls. Boys are encouraged to study more, and men are given the best jobs and possiblities.
In America, where girls are valued, loved, protected, respected, and wanted...girls overwhelmingly score much higher than boys.
