Sit down. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Take another deep breath. Slow your breathing down and just sit quietly for a few minutes. Think about how your heart rate is slowing and you're feeling more peaceful.
Consider this a practice test. Since you have more opportunities, this one will be the one in which you learn what it will be like and get used to the room. Go in, respond to the best of your ability, then leave.
If you have prepared well, you are ready. Don't try to cram in the moments before the test. Don't read. Don't play computer games. Just "be".
You'll do fine.

I used to feel rather downcast about all my schoolwork, especially when biology came...then I discovered there's a great way to change all that. It's as simple as changing your attitude and the way you look at things. I used to think, I HAVE to get this right, I just have to, and then I'd feel all hyped up or whatever, and then I considered - What if I didn't get this? Would I live? Yes, I would. Would I still be happy and pretty much with everything I had before? Yes. And so I didn't really mind about that test, and what do you know! I still studied hard, but I took more breaks and didn't worry. I got an A + on it, too! So that would be my advice...look at it in a different light!

I found that seeing tests as games between the test designers and me worked well as a way to alleviate stress.
You know that the test designers have to come up with questions on specific topics, and you know what those topics are, so as long as you've studied them, you're fine.
The fun part is figuring out how the test designers are trying to get at those topics with various questions. You can recognize their questions pretty easily, once you get a feel for how they try to trip up students.

The way I used to take test with out stress Is that I would tell my self,"Ok take it, if you fail try again. It really doesn't matter" Going in with this attitude made me relax more.

Try running around the block a couple of times to burn off some adrenaline. It works. Trust me.
